Why do clients ranging from individual inventors to global firms with billion-dollar profits rely on such a small law firm for advice? Presumably due to my unconventional philosophy and unique skills.
I grew up in the United States, but have been living in Germany for over twenty years. I feel equally at home in both languages and cultures.
I have well over 15 years’ experience in international patent law, in particular before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I have stood before the EPO Opposition Divisions, the EPO Boards of Appeal as well as a diversity of German courts on countless occasions and have a track record of success that I am proud of.
I spent numerous years as an associate with renowned IP law firms in Munich (Meissner Bolte & Partner and Winter, Brandl et al.), where I learned the fine art of being a patent attorney. I also headed the patent department at Physoptics GmbH for several years.
